Just bought a Kitchenaid pro 600 mixer, tell me what you know about it and any mixer hints and tips or recipes? - roller mixer

I bought the slicer / shredder, but find it difficult to 3 liters. Bowl with a whisk (for 6 Qt. Bowl is not necessary every time) that comes with the flat blade, a dough hook, and pouring shield. What do the dough? Should I half a million, and pasta with this attachment, or the dough? I am not stuffing sausage, but what other equipment would be helpful? Thanks in advance!
