I can not help myself, but you can see a few links.
Three Rivers Inline Club (www.skatepittsburgh.com/) is known primarily an association in-line skates, ice skating and May, but as some good sources for quad skates.
Steel City Derby Demons (www.steelcityderbydemons.com/) is a roller derby league. Quad Roller Skate Roller Derby people. Their site has a page of links. It was hard to read ugly colors, but I could see he had a list of local slopes, which tend also to sell shoes.
No special Skate Shop are listed in it, I would like to send an email to the league and their questions. These are people who have a lot of skate and know who know the local level.
This does not answer your question, but I wish I lived in Pittsburgh ..
